Every WATERMELON KIWI order is made just for you. Because the items are custom made and printed to order, please read this policy before buying so you know how returns and replacements work in this store.

Custom made items means no returns for sizes or changing your mind

Since each piece is produced just for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or if you change your mind. Please double check the size guide and the items you've selected before you check out. And if you spot a mistake right away then we can only adjust or cancel orders in 1 hour of purchasing, and after, the item goes into production.

Damaged or defected, We'll replace it 100% free!

If your item arrives damaged, weird, or not what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement to you!

Custom & personalized handmade items

Custom requests are made just for you, so we ask for a deposit or full payment upfront before work begins, so it reserves your spot and covers the materials and the time it takes to hand-craft your one-of-a-kind piece

Because they're personalized just for you and can't be resold, custom and personalized handmade items are final sale because they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, only exception is if your item arrives damaged or defected, then we can have a free replacement!

How to request a free replacement

1. Email in 30 days of delivery at watermelonkiwivictoria@gmail.com.
2. Include your order number and a description of the problem
3. Put a photo of the damage or defected part so we can see it
